WHO WE ARE


  • Justin Eeles is an award-winning outdoor adventure cinematographer with deep roots in the Southern California action sports scene.

     

    In 2002, Justin co-founded Neoproto, a Tahoe-based production company known for its raw, budget-friendly snowboard films includingNeoproto and Everyday Something. Later, he teamed up with Mack Dawg Productions to launch People in 2006, producing six feature-length snowboard films that left a mark on the industry.

     

    Justin eventually shifted his focus to freelance work, specializing in action and outdoor adventure projects for commercial and documentary clients.

     

    Known for his artistic vision and reliable professionalism, Justin offers full production services, including producing, directing, filming, and editing. 


  • Annie Fast is a seasoned journalist and editor with a passion for outdoor adventure and action sports. Known for her rigorous research skills and inherent knowledge of snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing cultures, Annie has built a career documenting the evolution of these sports and the athletes and industry professionals behind them. Her work captures the heart of outdoor adventure, resonating with readers through authenticity and a clear dedication to the sports she covers.

     

    With over two decades of experience, Annie has held prominent roles at leading action sports publications, including TransWorld Snowboarding, where she served as editor-in-chief, guiding editorial strategy and driving impactful storytelling. Throughout her career, she has worked with major outdoor and lifestyle brands and events and contributed to a wide array of publications.

     

    Annie’s portfolio extends beyond editorial work, as she brings her depth of knowledge to communications, brand consulting, content strategy and multimedia projects.
